NR3C1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NR3C1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,315 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NR3C1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-839P, HMGB3P23, and MIRLET7BHG. Each is linked with NR3C1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NR3C1-to-partner and partner-to-NR3C1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU6-839P grouped by NR3C1-low versus NR3C1-high in BRCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NR3C1→partner) and Y-score (partner→NR3C1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
