Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, NR3C1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 356 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible NR3C1-associated genes across cancer lineages are CBLN4, MAGEB5, and AVP. Each is linked with NR3C1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NR3C1-to-partner and partner-to-NR3C1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CBLN4 grouped by NR3C1-low versus NR3C1-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NR3C1→partner) and Y-score (partner→NR3C1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
