Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, NR2F2-AS1 RNA is linked to patient survival in 25 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated NR2F2-AS1 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in adrenocortical carcinoma (ACC), where higher NR2F2-AS1 RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated NR2F2-AS1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCS and KIRP show a favorable association.

ACC, LGG, and UVM are the cancer types where NR2F2-AS1 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
