Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, NR2F1-AS1 RNA is linked to patient survival in 19 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated NR2F1-AS1 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in bladder urothelial carcinoma (BLCA), where higher NR2F1-AS1 RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated NR2F1-AS1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as KIRC and SKCM show a favorable association.

BLCA, KIRP, and UVM are the cancer types where NR2F1-AS1 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
