NR2C2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NR2C2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,613 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NR2C2-associated genes across cancer lineages are LINC01072, MIR517B, and AGGF1P4. Each is linked with NR2C2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NR2C2-to-partner and partner-to-NR2C2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, LINC01072 grouped by NR2C2-low versus NR2C2-high in CESC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NR2C2→partner) and Y-score (partner→NR2C2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
