NR2C1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NR2C1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,109 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NR2C1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SRSF9, SAE1, and ILF3. Each is linked with NR2C1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NR2C1-to-partner and partner-to-NR2C1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NR2C1 versus SRSF9 in PDAC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.51.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NR2C1→partner) and Y-score (partner→NR2C1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
