NR2C1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NR2C1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,767 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NR2C1-associated genes across cancer lineages are ZBTB39, NKAP, and RPL35A. Each is linked with NR2C1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NR2C1-to-partner and partner-to-NR2C1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NR2C1 versus ZBTB39 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.37.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NR2C1→partner) and Y-score (partner→NR2C1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
