NR2C1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NR2C1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 25 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NR2C1-associated genes across cancer lineages are TIGAR, Cyclin-B1, and A-Raf_pS299. Each is linked with NR2C1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NR2C1-to-partner and partner-to-NR2C1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TIGAR grouped by NR2C1-low versus NR2C1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NR2C1→partner) and Y-score (partner→NR2C1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
