NR1I3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NR1I3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,789 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NR1I3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ARID4B, SNX27, and ADAR. Each is linked with NR1I3 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NR1I3-to-partner and partner-to-NR1I3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NR1I3 versus ARID4B in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.33.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NR1I3→partner) and Y-score (partner→NR1I3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
