NR1I3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NR1I3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,488 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NR1I3-associated genes across cancer lineages are SHCBP1, ELMO2P1, and CHEK1. Each is linked with NR1I3 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NR1I3-to-partner and partner-to-NR1I3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SHCBP1 grouped by NR1I3-low versus NR1I3-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NR1I3→partner) and Y-score (partner→NR1I3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
