Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, NR1I2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,287 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible NR1I2-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-487P, C4orf36, and BAP1. Each is linked with NR1I2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NR1I2-to-partner and partner-to-NR1I2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU6-487P grouped by NR1I2-low versus NR1I2-high in COAD.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NR1I2→partner) and Y-score (partner→NR1I2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
