NR1H4

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NR1H4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 15,702 significant associations in total. ACC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NR1H4-associated genes across cancer lineages are UGT2A3, ACSM3, and TM4SF4. Each is linked with NR1H4 in more than 18 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NR1H4-to-partner and partner-to-NR1H4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NR1H4 versus UGT2A3 in PAAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.64.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NR1H4→partner) and Y-score (partner→NR1H4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
