Across TCGA patient cohorts, NR1H4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,959 significant associations in total. TGCT shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NR1H4-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of very-low-density lipoprotein particle remodeling, Organophosphate catabolic process, and Nucleoside bisphosphate biosynthetic process. Each is linked with NR1H4 in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NR1H4-to-partner and partner-to-NR1H4 results are reported.
