Across TCGA patient cohorts, NR1H4 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 669 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NR1H4-associated genes across cancer lineages are SEC14L2, APOL4, and TRMU. Each is linked with NR1H4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NR1H4-to-partner and partner-to-NR1H4 results are reported.
