Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, NR1H4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,164 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible NR1H4-associated genes across cancer lineages are AP1S3, RNH1, and MIR6803. Each is linked with NR1H4 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NR1H4-to-partner and partner-to-NR1H4 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, AP1S3 grouped by NR1H4-low versus NR1H4-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NR1H4→partner) and Y-score (partner→NR1H4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
