Across TCGA patient cohorts, NR1H4 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 39 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NR1H4-associated genes across cancer lineages are eEF2, EGFR_pY1068, and ERK2. Each is linked with NR1H4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NR1H4-to-partner and partner-to-NR1H4 results are reported.
