NR1H4

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, NR1H4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 1,154 significant associations in total. LIVER shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NR1H4-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of amino acid metabolic process, Fatty acid beta-oxidation, and Fatty acid oxidation. Each is linked with NR1H4 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NR1H4-to-partner and partner-to-NR1H4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Positive regulation of amino acid metabolic process grouped by NR1H4-low versus NR1H4-high in KIDNEY.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NR1H4→partner) and Y-score (partner→NR1H4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
