NR1H3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NR1H3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,048 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NR1H3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are NR1H3_S198, PTPN6, and NCKAP1L. Each is linked with NR1H3 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NR1H3-to-partner and partner-to-NR1H3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NR1H3 versus NR1H3_S198 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.57.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NR1H3→partner) and Y-score (partner→NR1H3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
