NR1H3

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NR1H3 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,487 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NR1H3-associated genes across cancer lineages are LGALS1, PICK1, and TIMP3. Each is linked with NR1H3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NR1H3-to-partner and partner-to-NR1H3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NR1H3 versus LGALS1 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of -0.75.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NR1H3→partner) and Y-score (partner→NR1H3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
