NR1H3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NR1H3 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 27 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NR1H3-associated genes across cancer lineages are Notch1, eIF4G, and FASN. Each is linked with NR1H3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NR1H3-to-partner and partner-to-NR1H3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Notch1 grouped by NR1H3-low versus NR1H3-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NR1H3→partner) and Y-score (partner→NR1H3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
