Across TCGA cell cohorts, NR1H3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,044 significant associations in total. UPPER_AERODIGESTIVE_TRACT shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NR1H3-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of pancreatic juice secretion, Negative regulation of pancreatic juice secretion, and Negative regulation of response to type II interferon. Each is linked with NR1H3 in more than 16 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NR1H3-to-partner and partner-to-NR1H3 results are reported.
