Across TCGA cell cohorts, NR1H3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 22 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NR1H3-associated genes across cancer lineages are GPR26, PRY, and PRY2. Each is linked with NR1H3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NR1H3-to-partner and partner-to-NR1H3 results are reported.
