The strongest signal is observed in stomach adenocarcinoma (STAD), where higher NR1D1 Mutation is associated with better disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated NR1D1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as STAD and UCEC show a favorable association.
STAD, UCEC, and ESCA are the cancer types where NR1D1 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
