NR0B2

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NR0B2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 231 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NR0B2-associated genes across cancer lineages are NDRG3, ZNF106, and RAB3A. Each is linked with NR0B2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NR0B2-to-partner and partner-to-NR0B2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NR0B2 versus NDRG3 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.57.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NR0B2→partner) and Y-score (partner→NR0B2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
