Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, NR0B2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 141 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible NR0B2-associated genes across cancer lineages are RN7SKP264, TRAJ21, and MIR4287. Each is linked with NR0B2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NR0B2-to-partner and partner-to-NR0B2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RN7SKP264 grouped by NR0B2-low versus NR0B2-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NR0B2→partner) and Y-score (partner→NR0B2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
