The strongest signal is observed in stomach adenocarcinoma (STAD), where higher NQO1 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated NQO1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
STAD and HNSC are the cancer types where NQO1 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
