Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, NPY5R Mutation is linked to patient survival in 8 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated NPY5R data layer compared with 25 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in liver hepatocellular carcinoma (LIHC), where higher NPY5R Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated NPY5R expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC and LUSC show a favorable association.
LIHC, PAAD, and UCEC are the cancer types where NPY5R Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
