Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, NPY5R mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 50 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible NPY5R-associated genes across cancer lineages are PCNA, VHL, and Caspase-8. Each is linked with NPY5R in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NPY5R-to-partner and partner-to-NPY5R results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PCNA grouped by NPY5R-low versus NPY5R-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NPY5R→partner) and Y-score (partner→NPY5R) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
