Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, NPY4R Mutation is linked to patient survival in 2 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated NPY4R data layer compared with 22 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in ovarian serous cystadenocarcinoma (OV), where higher NPY4R Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated NPY4R expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
OV and SKCM are the cancer types where NPY4R Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
