NPY

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NPY RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,571 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NPY-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PHYHIPL, TPPP, and ANK2_S1964. Each is linked with NPY in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NPY-to-partner and partner-to-NPY results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NPY versus PHYHIPL in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.38.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NPY→partner) and Y-score (partner→NPY) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
