Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, NPY mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 66 significant associations in total. COAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible NPY-associated genes across cancer lineages are TRAJ4, EZH2P1, and BMS1P3. Each is linked with NPY in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NPY-to-partner and partner-to-NPY results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TRAJ4 grouped by NPY-low versus NPY-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NPY→partner) and Y-score (partner→NPY) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
