Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, NPTX1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,882 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible NPTX1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ILK, LUM, and TLN2. Each is linked with NPTX1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NPTX1-to-partner and partner-to-NPTX1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NPTX1 versus ILK in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.35.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NPTX1→partner) and Y-score (partner→NPTX1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
