The strongest signal is observed in liver hepatocellular carcinoma (LIHC), where higher NPS Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated NPS expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
LIHC and CHOL are the cancer types where NPS Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
