NPS

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, NPS RNA expression is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 46 significant associations in total. CNS shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NPS-associated genes across cancer lineages are PEX10, DOCK4, and TRIOBP. Each is linked with NPS in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NPS-to-partner and partner-to-NPS results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NPS→partner) and Y-score (partner→NPS) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
