Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, NPRL3 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated NPRL3 data layer compared with 21 for mass-spec protein and 4 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in breast invasive carcinoma (BRCA), where higher NPRL3 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated NPRL3 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
BRCA, UCEC, and PRAD are the cancer types where NPRL3 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
