NPRL3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NPRL3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,088 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NPRL3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are KHDRBS1, MPG, and ALG14. Each is linked with NPRL3 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NPRL3-to-partner and partner-to-NPRL3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NPRL3 versus KHDRBS1 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.37.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NPRL3→partner) and Y-score (partner→NPRL3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
