Across TCGA patient cohorts, NPRL3 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,619 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NPRL3-associated genes across cancer lineages are HUS1, MIR3125, and TXN2. Each is linked with NPRL3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NPRL3-to-partner and partner-to-NPRL3 results are reported.
