NPRL2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NPRL2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,050 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NPRL2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are KIAA1143, QRICH1, and MFAP1_T267. Each is linked with NPRL2 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NPRL2-to-partner and partner-to-NPRL2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NPRL2 versus KIAA1143 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.49.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NPRL2→partner) and Y-score (partner→NPRL2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
