NPRL2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NPRL2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 905 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NPRL2-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNA5SP369, LINC01076, and SLC9A3P1. Each is linked with NPRL2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NPRL2-to-partner and partner-to-NPRL2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNA5SP369 grouped by NPRL2-low versus NPRL2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NPRL2→partner) and Y-score (partner→NPRL2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
