Across TCGA cell cohorts, NPRL2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,901 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NPRL2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Response to flavonoid, UTP metabolic process, and Positive regulation of DNA repair. Each is linked with NPRL2 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NPRL2-to-partner and partner-to-NPRL2 results are reported.
