Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, NPRL2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4 significant associations in total. SKIN shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible NPRL2-associated genes across cancer lineages are TGM6, UBQLN3, and TEX44. Each is linked with NPRL2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NPRL2-to-partner and partner-to-NPRL2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TGM6 grouped by NPRL2-low versus NPRL2-high in BLOOD_Myeloma.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NPRL2→partner) and Y-score (partner→NPRL2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
