Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, NPR2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,437 significant associations in total. OV shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible NPR2-associated genes across cancer lineages are GLI2, CCDC136, and LINC02888. Each is linked with NPR2 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NPR2-to-partner and partner-to-NPR2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NPR2 versus GLI2 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.49.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NPR2→partner) and Y-score (partner→NPR2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
