NPPC

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NPPC RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 8,646 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NPPC-associated proteins across cancer lineages are TRIM24, BCL11A_S432, and BCL11A_S86. Each is linked with NPPC in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NPPC-to-partner and partner-to-NPPC results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NPPC versus TRIM24 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.49.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NPPC→partner) and Y-score (partner→NPPC) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
