Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, NPPC RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,235 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible NPPC-associated genes across cancer lineages are CERS1, GPSM1, and EFNB3. Each is linked with NPPC in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NPPC-to-partner and partner-to-NPPC results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NPPC versus CERS1 in LIVER, with a Pearson correlation of 0.73.
RNA expression associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NPPC→partner) and Y-score (partner→NPPC) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
