Across TCGA cell cohorts, NPPC RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,462 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NPPC-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Cellular response to glycoprotein, Growth plate cartilage chondrocyte proliferation, and Regulation of oocyte maturation. Each is linked with NPPC in more than 17 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NPPC-to-partner and partner-to-NPPC results are reported.
