Across TCGA patient cohorts, NPPB RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,824 significant associations in total. TGCT shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible NPPB-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Protein hydroxylation, Mitochondrial gene expression, and Regulation of cell cycle G2/M phase transition. Each is linked with NPPB in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NPPB-to-partner and partner-to-NPPB results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Protein hydroxylation grouped by NPPB-low versus NPPB-high in ESCA.
