Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, NPPB protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 815 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible NPPB-associated genes across cancer lineages are SLC43A1, TTLL12, and STK4. Each is linked with NPPB in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NPPB-to-partner and partner-to-NPPB results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NPPB versus SLC43A1 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.49.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NPPB→partner) and Y-score (partner→NPPB) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
