Across TCGA patient cohorts, NPPB mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 30 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NPPB-associated genes across cancer lineages are mTOR_pS2448, eEF2, and FASN. Each is linked with NPPB in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NPPB-to-partner and partner-to-NPPB results are reported.
