NPPB

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, NPPB RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,493 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NPPB-associated genes across cancer lineages are ANKRD1, PSG5, and AMOTL2. Each is linked with NPPB in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NPPB-to-partner and partner-to-NPPB results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NPPB versus ANKRD1 in BONE, with a Pearson correlation of 0.70.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NPPB→partner) and Y-score (partner→NPPB) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
