Across TCGA cell cohorts, NPPB RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 1,335 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible NPPB-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of mitotic cell cycle phase transition, Positive regulation of blood pressure by epinephrine-norepinephrine, and Protein K11-linked ubiquitination. Each is linked with NPPB in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NPPB-to-partner and partner-to-NPPB results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Positive regulation of mitotic cell cycle phase transition grouped by NPPB-low versus NPPB-high in LIVER.
